General Ninja Warrior Classes

This is where just about everyone starts. People with stronger athletic abilities may progress out of this early. However, the basic techniques common to balance, swinging, climbing, and jumping obstacles are covered.

Once a level of demonstrated performance in the basic techniques common to balance, swinging, climbing, and jumping obstacles are covered, we move on to some more advanced variations requiring a little more strength and skill.
