Full Week Camp
If you've never been to our day camps for ages 5-12, here's the basics of what we do:
8 - 10:30 Check in, free play, rules and lessons (physical, character, and spiritual), ninja skills
10:30 - 11:00 Snack + Board games, coloring, etc.
11 - 12 Active games such as dodgeball, capture the flag, etc
12 - 1 Lunch + Board games, coloring, etc.
1 - 2:30 Free Play, rock climbing, and active games
2:30 - 3 Snack + Board games, coloring, etc.
3 - 4 Ninja Skills, free play
Games, lessons, and ninja skills are different every day. So whether they come for a half-day (8-12, or 12-4), single day, or full week, your kids will always have a new experience. And at 3 PM on Fridays we have a mini ninja competition. (Parents are invited if they want to cheer on their kids)
Our goal is to have a 10:1 ratio of kids to coaches.
What to Bring
For full day camp we suggest one packed lunch, two snacks, and a water bottle.
Half-day campers should just bring a snack and a water bottle.
All campers should wear comfortable clothing and tennis shoes.
As Wake County has many year round schools, we offer day camps almost every week of the year. We also offer before and after care options for those parents that need a little extra time.
Participant initiated cancellations
Day Camps, Track Out and Summer Camps
If a participant wishes to cancel one of our enrollments they must submit the cancellation request by email to our Day Camp Director. If canceling due to an illness, a doctor’s note is required to get pass/passes credited to your account. If you have purchased a full week of camp or any packages and miss a day/days due to an illness a doctor's note is required for you to get the pass/passes credited to your account, but you will have to pay for the difference as full week and packages are discounted.
When a cancellation request is received one or more weeks in advance a full refund or credit to your Rock Solid Account will be applied. A credit or refund of 50% will be applied when a request is received six days to 24 hours prior to the start of camp. A refund will not be awarded for cancellations received after this deadline, (the day of). Exceptions may be made for extenuating circumstances and only when approved by Rock Solid Staff.
During times of inclement weather if our establishment is still open for normal hours, passes or refunds will not be credited back to the account. If inclement weather causes Rock Solid Warrior to close, please reach out to our managers below about account credits.
