As Wake County has many year round schools, we offer day camps (ages 5-12) almost every week of the year. These camps will include skills training in both rock climbing and ninja warrior to exercise the body, games, and instruction in various other topics to exercise the spirit and mind. They normally run from 8:00-4:00, but we also offer before care and after care options for those parents that need a little extra time.

They normally run from 8:00-4:00, but for those parents/kids that only need a few hours, you can sign up for either the first half (8-12) or second half (12-4) of the day.

As Wake County has both year round and traditional school calendars, when we get into the summer, we only offer full-week camps. They normally run from 8:00-4:00, but we also offer before care and after care options for those parents that need a little extra time.

This is where just about everyone starts. People with stronger athletic abilities may progress out of this early. However, the basic techniques common to balance, swinging, climbing, and jumping obstacles are covered.

Once a level of demonstrated performance in the basic techniques common to balance, swinging, climbing, and jumping obstacles are covered, we move on to some more advanced variations requiring a little more strength and skill.

Class for those ready to prepare for league competitions

Classes especially for Adults (16 and over) who want to explore the sport of Ninja Warrior

Ninja Fit is a fitness class for teens and adults which stretches and strengthens the muscles that are most needed (legs, core, and upper body) to take on Ninja courses, incorporating a variety of ninja obstacles in many of the exercises where both strength and technique are developed.

It's never too late to get Ninja Fit. You might even meet our 60-year-old owner who is planning to compete in the Ninja Carolina League next season.

Welcome to our extended class package. This add-on to your normal membership will help you child boost their ninja skills to the next level! This course is 12 weeks long, broken up in 4 week segments with the first three weeks building on the fundamentals your child learned in class and the last one focusing on course runs!

Don't worry if you start in the middle of the course, the lessons will be repeated indefinitely (we just ask that you start the the beginning of a 4 week segment).

These clinics are 11 weeks long (10 weeks of two classes/week, sandwiched between two Saturday evaluations) and are designed to help students see significant improvement in their ability to compete at the local level (Ninja Carolina League) and in UNAA Area Qualifiers with a possibility of advancing to Regionals or beyond.

Only eligible for ages 7-15 (grouped into ages 7-9, 10-12, 13-15) who have achieved Level 3 or higher in our basic classes or are able to pass the Level 2 entry test in under 1.5 minutes.

Single price 1.5 hour open gym for an entire family (people living at the same address). Waivers must be signed for all family members participating.

Book our entire gym for your Private Event

This class is open to anyone that is Home Schooled.
We offer 45 minutes of structured class time following that is 45 minutes of Open Gym (FREE TIME)

$700 for a group of 10 or more for a group lock-in from 8:30 PM to 8:30 AM.

Bring your kids (ages 5-12) to our gym from 5:30pm-9:00pm! We'll feed them and wear them out while you enjoy time with your special someone.

Come watch our amazing coach Joshua Auer - The Bathrobe Ninja - compete on Season 2, Episode 11 of American Ninja Warrior Jr. Pizza and salad will be provided for dinner. Show starts at 6 PM. Open Gym before (5:30-6) and after (7-8:30)

We'll play several different types of Floor is Lava, including Lava Monsters, music, getting the team over a full obstacle course, and other balancing and parkour-type games! Suitable for kids, teens, and parents! Make it a family fun night with our family discount of $45 for 3+ people!
